Insect Bite Treatment

PLEASE HELP!!! I think i got pricked with a needle!?

Hi, recently I was at a rave and I was very high (yes I know its bad, please don’t judge me). My girlfriend and I went to go sit down on some grass and when i put my hand down on the ground and I felt a prick. I freaked out because I’ve heard of stories where people go around at raves pricking people with needles to scare them. The next day I noticed that there was a water blister the same place where I felt the prick. Could it have been a Bug Bite? Do needles sometimes cause blisters to form? I’m worried that I may have gotten some type of disease.
