Bed Bug Exterminator
I was told to evacuate my apartment for Bed Bug, the exterminator did not show up as promised to take care of?
I was told to evacuate my apartment for bed bugs, the exterminator did not show up to fix the problem as promised. We have classed every weekday and all of us missed classes for this. Now the apartment manager says that it is not her fault that they did not come as promised. We can not afford to keep missing classes, nor can we keep packing and unpacking everything that they requested us to do.
I also have a very small puppy that I have to worry about finding somewhere that he can stay, and he has not had all of his puppy shots, so he can not go to a kennel.
Is this legal for them to do this?
