Insect Bite Rash

Does the start of chicken pox Look like a slight Rash with a few bumps that look like Insect Bites?
My one yr old has a rash on her chest and back with at the time of her bath was a few little red bumps(look like insect bites). Itching yes but she has eczema so it’s a little difficult to tell the difference.
The only way to be sure is to speak to your doctor (and not a doctor in Mumbai either – unless you live there!)
